Wegmans Launches MingsBings, Chef Ming Tsai’s Frozen Vegan Patty Line, across all locations
MingsBings, a frozen vegan patty line, is now available at all Wegmans Food Markets — a 107-store supermarket chain with stores in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. This partnership represents a major step forward for MingsBings retail expansion throughout the East Coast.
Starting this week, MingsBings will be available as a two-pack in the frozen food section at all Wegmans’ stores. Each of the three flavors, including the Original Veggie-Filled Bing, Buffalo Cauliflower Bing and Plant-Based Sausage & Peppers Bing are packed with flavor and are plant-based, gluten-free and dairy-free.
The patties are heat-and-eat ready and as the summer grilling season kicks off, can be prepared on the grill in 12–16 mins, in an air fryer for 12–14 minutes, and in an oven for 20–25 minutes.
