Top 11 Houseplants That Clean the Air in your Home or Office

Recently I saw a video about houseplants that clean the air in our homes or office. I decided to do a deep dive and research which plants you can choose from and their benefits. While researching this article, I purchased a Snake Plant for my bedroom.

Here is the top 11 list

  • Snake plant
  • Spider plant
  • English ivy
  • Boston fern
  • English ivy
  • Philodendron
  • Golden pothos
  • Peace lily
  • Bamboo palm
  • Dracaena
  • Aloe vera

The history of each plant:

The Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata) is also a well-known houseplant that purifies the air we breathe. It is a very hardy and easy-to-care-for plant that is tolerant of a wide range of conditions. It has tall, stiff leaves that can reach up to several feet in height, depending on the variety. The leaves are typically green with yellow or gray-green variegation.

Snake plants are known for their ability to remove pollutants from the air. They are also known to be effective at increasing humidity, making them a great choice for dry indoor environments.
