The 4th of July is this week! Here is the perfect occasion for a summer barbecue. To help you celebrate Independence Day with family and friends, here’s an easy-to-follow menu that will delight everyone without keeping you tied to the grill all day. This menu includes appetizers, main dishes, sides, and desserts that are simple to prepare yet full of flavor.

Appetizers

  1. Grilled Watermelon Skewers
  • Ingredients: Watermelon, feta cheese, fresh mint, balsamic glaze
  • Instructions: Cut watermelon into cubes and thread onto skewers. Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, chopped mint, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

2. Deviled Eggs

  • Ingredients: Eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika
  • Instructions: Hard boil eggs, cool, and peel. Slice in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise and mustard until smooth. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
