It is that time of year when we need to prepare that Perfect Thanksgiving Turkey! But if you are like me, I need help. I had the opportunity to get tips from professional chef Kathy McDaniel.
Kathy is a professional chef turned home cook. Her history in the food world is fascinating. She got her first chef job right out of culinary school. It was for The Food Network Wolfgang Puck’s TV show. She then joined the culinary team of Throwdown with Bobby Flay.
Since those exciting jobs, Kathy has also taught cooking classes, she was a private chef for a few celebrity clients, and then launched her successful and very popular blog, Lemon Blossoms.
