MingsBings Launches Limited Flavor Release of its Frozen Vegan Line of Chinese Street Food Bings: The Fiesta Bing!
In celebration of Taco Tuesday and just in time for Cinco De Mayo, world-renowned Asian-American chef and James Beard award-winner, Chef Ming Tsai, today announces the fourth flavor in the MingsBings portfolio, the Fiesta Bing. Influenced by Chef Ming Tsai’s culinary time in Mexico and New Mexico, the Fiesta Bing is a plant-based, taco-inspired patty with a zesty, bold flavor. The Fiesta Bing blends UNCUT® plant-based chorizo, a Food & Wine® Test Kitchen Favorite, with corn, black beans, grilled onions, and roasted poblanos packed inside a gluten-free brown rice wrapper.
A vegan update of the traditional Chinese street food bing, MingsBings provides delicious and nutritious vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free meals that are heat-and-eat ready. With 1 in 3 consumers actively seeking to reduce their meat consumption, Chef Ming Tsai is on a mission to make plant-based food delicious, accessible, and affordable for as many people as possible. Recently featured on a segment of Guy Fieri’s Guy’s Ranch Kitchen and recognized as one of the “best-plant based products” by the Beet.
