I had the opportunity to delve into this fascinating legal case.
We all know the story of David and Goliath, but there is a legal case pending that is the 2019 version that reads like a novel or a script for a feature film. But it’s all true!
It all began in 2010 when the Founder and President of Technical Resources, Jeff Abraham invested $100,000.00 in Absorption Pharmaceuticals the creators of FDA compliant and urologist recommended Promescent, a popular over the counter spray that helps men overcome premature ejaculation.
But all was about to change just three short years later. Promescent inventor, Dr. Ronald Gilbert, who was a highly respected urologist and a close friend of Abraham’s was murdered in cold blood at his own medical offices. Shot multiple times by Stanwood Elkus who thought Dr. Gilbert had performed a bad outcome prostate surgery on him 20 years earlier at a Veterans Hospital. But he had the wrong MD.
