Donna Hogan is the beautiful half sister of the late Anna Nicole Smith. Donna’s early childhood had its challenges as was described in her New York Times best selling book. But she turned challenges into success as a mother, businesswoman and now partner in the non-profit, Bounce Back Women. Donna is on a mission to help women everywhere!

Donna Can You Share Your Background?

Thank you for the opportunity to do this interview. I have successfully published a NY Times bestselling book and have done network television appearances including the CBS Early Show and Entertainment Tonight, several appearances on Inside Edition and Dr. Phil, as well as on Fox News affiliates across the USA and many more. I appeared on Primetime, Good Morning America, Fox News Lineup, and the top-rated Hannity and Colmes. Internationally, I have done interviews on German television as well as Great Britain and Australia. It was always challenging being the sister of Anna Nicole Smith, but over time I have learned not to live in her shadows but shine in my own way. My most important roles in life is being the best future wife, mother, sibling and a friend I can be, along with being a hard-working Human and Animal Activist. I have been the Vice President for Bounce Back Women since 2010 working alongside of Meryl Hartstein and several amazing women. I feel complete and blessed in life.

Can You Describe What Bounce Back Women Is?

I love being about big part of Bounce Back Women. It allows me to help others. I always felt my sister Anna Nicole’s role in life was entertaining the world, what she was great at and loved. Mine is trying to save it, what I love most.

Getting Bounce Back Women out there means we can help others that have been through tough times get back on their feet, mentally and physically. Coaching them to shine bright through the darkness and help them achieve their goals and dreams.

Being a part of Bounce Back Women has not only kept me strong through everything that comes at me but gives me the strength and knowledge to help others. I tell myself daily you must stay strong to help others, live by example. It also has led to other nonprofits to connect with me, so I can help in other areas, such as human and animal rights.

I wanted to get involved for as long as I can remember, in human and animal rights. I just never had the motivation to push myself. I helped some, but it wasn’t till my sisters very public death did I finally get myself together and pushed my life to where it needed to be. I learned life was to short to live with regrets and I didn’t want others to feel what I felt. I will always live with that feeling if I was where I am now, maybe I could have saved her. All I can do now is help and save others hopefully from any tragic in life.

What Is on The Horizon for Bounce Back Women?

We are starting in 2018 some Bounce Back Women events to help reach out to more women, as well as publishing a series of books. I really think the more we do the more women we can reach. Everyone has their own successful bounce back story that might be close to what someone else is going through.

We have women that have survived cancers and other illness, as well as death of loved ones, to abusive relationship and stints of drug addictions, etc. All with incredibly tragic lows in one point of their life or more but all learned to grow from it and turn their life around.
